THE “MAURETANIA” HAS ARRIVED IN CHERBOURG

The Mauretania, due to damage, had stopped at Southampton to be repaired. But the shipyard strike preventing the start of the work, the liner, pulled by tugboats, was brought to Cherbourg where it arrived Sunday evening, after fifty-eight hours of travel in the middle of a storm. The repairs will last a month.
