The population of Nice admired Good Friday the magnificent pair of oxen which won first prize at the great fatted animal competition in Lyon. These superb animals were purchased by Mr. Marius Bailet, livestock dealer, on behalf of Mr. Dalmaz, the friendly owner of the Boucherie du Nord, 32, rue de France, the official supplier of our largest palaces.
We congratulate Mr. Dalmaz for acquiring these animals and for having had the happy initiative of taking them for a walk around town before selling them. |
