9,296 Arrests in Moscow in Two Weeks

RIGA, June 14. The Russian Political Department has decided that bourgeois who, driven by class hatred, commit acts of violence, will henceforth be subjected to a special regime of severity in prison. This decision is already being applied in the large centers.

Arrests continue in Moscow in the last two weeks. 9,296 individuals, mostly workers, have been imprisoned and 1,083 have been sent to Siberia. These arrests appear to be the continuation of the struggle between Mr. Trotsky and Mr. Frunze.
