A woman has her heart on the right

A woman, admitted to the maternity ward of the Saint-Denis hospital, has just been the subject of a curious observation. The clinical examination and the radiology showed that this woman had her heart located on the right, that the entire digestive tract and the other organs all occupied a position opposite to normal. Mr. Derancourt, an intern at the Saint-Denis hospital, made a communication to the Anatomical Society on the subject of this remarkable case.
