Mr. Billiet, senator, appears in correctional court this afternoon

Before the 12th correctional chamber, Mr. Ernest Billiet, senator of the Seine, appears this afternoon for violation of the law of March 1914 on the refusal to take an oath, a refusal that he opposed to the parliamentary commission of inquiry charged with investigating the origin of the funds of the Union of Economic Interests. It is expected that the case will be postponed to another date to allow the correctional court to hear all the witnesses cited.
