SPANISH MUSCAT GRAPES IN EAU-DE-VIE (recipe requested).

Stem the grapes using scissors to leave a piece of their peduncle. Then place these grapes in bottles and pour grape brandy over them, which you have slightly sweetened by adding. half a deciliter of sugar syrup at 30° per liter of alcohol at 86°, so as to reduce the eau-de-vie to 50°. It is important to only use pure eau-de-vie life of wine, because grapes easily take on a brown tint in grain alcohols and especially in potato alcohols. If you want to give the grapes a pleasant taste, flavor the alcohol with vanilla, maraschino or cinnamon and nutmeg. Once the bottles are filled, cap them tightly and keep them away from light, otherwise the grapes will gradually take on a brown tint.
