For tourists

Here is some good news, one that we are happy to receive at the start of the year. Three or four of the largest national firms have not remained deaf to the appeals of tourism companies, sportsmen, drivers or cyclists, nor to the suggestions of artists and the press.
They have all been demanding, for a long time, that we rid roads, railways, farms, landscapes, signs and advertisements that obstruct the view and spoil the perspective.
They insisted with more energy than hope, because they were victoriously told that business is business and that advertising is its soul.
However, everything happens and these very important industrial or commercial companies have ended up realizing that advertising, as we had understood it until now, presented two disadvantages: the first is that it was much less productive as we thought and that it was much better than what we do in the newspapers; the other is that in fact the billboards defaced, without any use for anyone, sites that were charming in themselves.
Orders have been given and tens of thousands of these hideous cupboards will disappear for the joy of all people who love the beauties of nature. Isn't that a magnificent result?
A little clarification now to finish. This is happening in England...
