A statement from Dr. Voronoff The famous Dr. Voronoff, who is, in America, "the greatest surgeon in the world," spoke today before the members of the Royal Society of Medicine, in London. ”: He explained before the learned assembly, chaired by the Prince of Wales, the disadvantages that there may be in grafting glands from young apes to humans. "They can't," said the professor, speaking of his dear "monkeys," "give men all the 'benefit' of their glands." The doctor therefore intends to use only “fully developed” monkeys from now on. |
