The owners of large hotels and hotel restaurants are dismayed by the poor behavior of the nouveaux riches who now alone haunt their establishments. To combat the deplorable appearance their dining rooms are taking on, they decided, at a recent meeting, to train maîtres d'hôtel so well-dressed that they, in turn, can give advice on good behavior to customers.
